Q: How do I sell my house FAST?

Q: How long does it take to sell my house?
A: Depending on a few factors, the average process takes approximately 10-14 days. We can be very flexible with you. If you need longer than that, that’s fine. A: Yes! We take over the lease from you and now the tenants are our tenants. So yes, we do buy houses in those situations. The tenants have to be made aware of the sale, because we will need access to the house, in order to take pictures, evaluate the condition, etc.
